Starting on January 1, 2027, CountyCare and Blue Cross Blue Shield will no longer be available plans in the LTSS program. You may keep your current plan until December 31, 2026. You must select a new health plan by December 31, 2026 for your coverage to start on January 1, 2027. Learn more about the changes.
